Download Forms and Guidance Notes As from 7th April 2008 all planning applications submitted to Harborough District Council must be made on the 1APP forms available on www.harborough.gov.uk/1app - guidance notes are also available. Submitting a Planning ApplicationYou can submit planning applications online directly to Harborough District Council using the Planning Portal. You will be required to register for this free service but once registered will have access to a wide range of planning information and online application types. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties which are preventing us from displaying all related documents online. However, the Statutory Planning Register containing all documents is available for personal inspection at the Council Offices, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough and also at the Lutterworth Service Shop, 19-21 Market Street, Lutterworth for applications in the western part of the district during normal office hours. Be assured that we are working to repair the online service and update it as soon as possible.
